Home Instead is growing, and we need a Billing, A/R and Account Collections Specialist for a Full-time position. Generate invoices, send payment reminders, post payments, resolve billing disputes, answer customer inquiries regarding invoices, generate routine accounts receivable reports and perform routine collections activities. May be required to perform special projects as directed by the supervisor. Accounting experience preferred. Experience with Quick Books Enterprise and Excel required.

Job Type: Full Time. 

Experience:

  • Relevant: 3 years (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks experience is required

 

Location:

  • Mishawaka, IN
