Your Key Responsibilities:

● Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities.

● Drive Sales Goals: Achieve inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through consultative sales processes.

● Plan and Execute: Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership.

● Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead services effectively to referral providers with both individual meetings and group presentations.

● Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential.

● Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.

Secondary Responsibilities:

● Client Connections: Conduct client/Care Professional introductions and quality assurance visits as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

● Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

● Sales Experience: Proven track record in business or sales, consultative sales experience a plus.

● Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license.

● Skills for Success: Strong communication, organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
